Luke

In 1993 Stonebridge were a manufacturer of OEM pre-formed laminated wood components, mainly seat and back for chairs. Luke was their first complete chair design project utilising their growing skills and confidence in producing  pressings and machining. Investment in new CNC machines enabled them to manufacture five variations on the Luke Design offering these to OEM clients in KD forms. The chairs were easily upholstered and assembled as all the components bolted together to create either a side or armchairs.  Luke has proved to be a commercial success and is still in production almost 30 years on.
